The Ingwenyama Conference & Sports Resort is a world-class, high-altitude, sports training destination, one of the country’s host venues for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
The property consists of a hotel with conferencing facilities (largest in Mpumalanga), pitches and fields, a high performance gym and a medical centre. An ideal location for off-season training and the hosting of small tournaments. The facilities are world class and have attracted the Chilean Football Association to the resort as its base camp for the 2010 World Cup. Other high profile teams which have used Ingwenyama as a base are: Sundowns Football Club, Bidvest Wits Football Club, American Woman’s Rugby Side, German Under 16 Woman’s Soccer Team, Combined Pumas and Gauteng side who played Samoa, Blue Bulls Super 14 side, and many other provincial teams, we have hosted Jake White for a business breakfast and many more super stars of our sporting world.

WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, EXHIBITIONS

Many a spectacular wedding has been hosted at Ingwenyama, creating those truly memorable moments little girls dream of growing up to. Ingwenyama has hosted weddings from 50 to 550 people; all custom designed to fit the couples tastes and needs.

Birthday celebrations have become just as big as weddings and take just as much planning, and the staff and facilities allow for flexibility and creativity to plan just the right event to make it memorable. Ingwenyama has become a favorite destination for product launches, huge exhibitions such as wine shows, outdoor expos and product educationals. Team building at Ingwenyama is diverse and exciting, the space is unlimited and team builders are in no way restricted in doing the most dynamic of team building exercises with companies, groups and sports teams.
